2) It is also important to understand that if your plugins work, then any computer issue with the word "Firmware" must always be ignored. If such a question appears, then you need to press: No, Cancel, Close, .... You cannot click "Yes" or agree to the Firmware update. Because it erases the plugins data in the flash memory chip of your UA device.
